If you have questions, please feel free to send them in. Email is our preferred choice for contact. We don't have someone answering the phone, though we will if we happen to be there. No phones in the shop. Far too noisy. Some questions can easily be answered via email with a link or two. Others may need more information from you to resolve correctly. Every email is answered.

Current Lead Time:

The lead time for a new order is around 6 to 8 weeks. Because of this, there is no need to use Paypal to get on the waiting list. Just send an email with the model and options you would like. We could settle up just before your order ships. Feel free to ask about the status of your order or the availability of your particular model at any time via email.

What's New:

We are still developing the overhead mounting systems. There have been several minotr changes during the R&D of these to make them better. Each change adds a bit more time, but we should have something to show in the next couple weeks. If you want to get on the interested list for information about these when it becomes available, just send an email.

Contact Information

We answer all emails, but may not be able to answer the phones. No phones in the shop. If you need to contact us, email is the best route. We check it many times a day. It is better for us this way so that we may send links and information about your communication as well as have a record of the conversation. This allows us to give much more accurate information rather than relying on memory for names, saw types, models, features, orders, parts etc. The task of producing so many different models is complicated itself. We try to eleviate some of that complication through written communication.

While we do not mind at all to communicate over the phone, most of the time when we try to call back, we must leave a voicemail as well. When we do get the person on the phone, it is sometimes difficult to communicate without both parties looking at the same page on the website. Designs, models and saw types require completely different information. Email is by far the best choice to convey this info. Thanks.
