Jigs and fixtures | These are some of the Jigs that I have made for my BT3000 table saw. I have tried to make the instructions as easy to follow as possible, but if you have any questions please contact me. |
Lynn Sabin's Box Joint Jig | Lynn Sabin designed a box joint jig that is very simple in design and very functional in use. I have made a few modifications for it to work better with the BT3000 table saw.
Rip Fence Jig Guide | The idea behind this sled is to use one sled for several different BT3X specific jigs. There is no slop in this from side to side. What it does is take the already extremely accurate and solid rip fence of the Ryobi BT3X tablesaws and tranfers this capability to a lot of different jigs that you might want to use.
Lexan Feather Boards | These are feather boards (finger boards, hold downs, hold ins.) that I designed using lexan rather than cutting fingers in wood or buying plastic types. The main benefit that I like about this type of design is that I am able to regulate the amount of pressure placed on the stock with relative ease.
Accessory Table Clamp | This idea came to me after I had some movement of the router table that comes with the BT3 table saws. The accessory table is a standard accessory. It allows you to mount a router or a jigsaw to the tablesaw to give you much more versatility in your woodworking. It saves a lot of space for small shops.
Router Sled Planer | This is a sled that I made a couple years back before I bought a portable planer. It can help you to get a clean face on some rough sawn lumber. This particular sled was just made from some scraps that I had around. It will plane from 1 1/8" thick down to about 1/2". You can just use this to get the idea. You could make one with adjustable runners, which might be more useful than this one.
