LeeWay Workshop Projects
| Below are links to some of my projects.
You may be able to find construction notes and maybe even plans for these here
in the future.
|
Two Drawer Chess Table:
| This a Chess Table that I designed and built for my Sister. It was made from quartersawn white oak, black walnut and ash lumber. I had a lot of fun doing this project. I had to make a lot of different jigs for all the different joining techniques. That was also part of the fun. Click on a thumbnail to see a larger image. |

Baskets:
These baskets are designed and cut from one piece of wood. I think
it was the Amish people that originally made them over 200 years
ago. I haven't seen any plans for them, but this is my take from
just looking at some pictures. This one was done with a bandsaw.
I have since done some using a scroll saw and a bandsaw with better results.

Wine Bottle & Glass Displays:
These are some neat little displays for wine and glasses. I made
these as Christmas gifts in 2002 |

Banana Hangers:
This project was made using a bandsaw, a table saw, a drill, a
hand plane, a sander and a sharp carving knife. It is fairly easy
to do. A banana stand also helps keep the fruit from bruising and
turning black prematurely.
